Building Telkomsel's behavioural science capability
Challenge
Telkomsel's Analytics and Market Research team wanted to advance their understanding about behavioural science to be able to integrate it into their digital-first strategy.
Solution
Advislab designed and developed a tailored behavioural science course for Telkomsel, which included foundation and advanced level behavioural science modules and a hands-on workshop using Telkomsel's real case study.
Results
72% increased understanding and knowledge about behavioural science and how it can be applied to Telkomsel's strategy among participants.

Working with Chevening to increase Indonesians' access to behavioural science
Challenge
There is a lack of access and opportunity for Indonesians to learn about behavioural science, as universities and colleges that have behavioural science as a study programme or course are still very limited.
Solution
Advislab worked together with Chevening through the Chevening Alumni Programme Fund (CAPF) to organise a behavioural science bootcamp that can be attended by selected participants for free. Participants could complete Advislab's core modules as well as a hands-on workshop where they designed behavioural interventions to solve real life challenges presented by several partners, namely Kitabis.com, Jaramba, Buibu Baca Buku Book Club, and 1000 Days Fund.

Obtaining insights on how Indonesians use food delivery platforms
Challenge
Telkom University and Universidad de Chile are conducting research regarding how Indonesians behave when it comes to using food delivery platforms.
Solution
